'Hue' tights February 6, 2010 Toni R. Rogers Great product. Hue is a terrific brand for tights! The color is fantastic!
Great tights! January 6, 2010 rebecca_r (Madison, WI United States) I bought these initially to wear with a dress that's a tad shorter (and "younger") than I normally wear. I HATE it when you wear a skirt and it looks like your tights are stretched to within an inch of their life. (That shiny show-through spandex look is just awful.) These are truly opaque. No "too tight" look. No spandex sheen. They fit true to size and the tummy control is just right - smooths you slightly, without feeling like a tourniquet. Will buy more!
Not even opaque August 3, 2009 Eliza I have long skinny legs and have been searching for truly opaque tights. These don't come close. If you just want some black hose they are adequate. If you want tights that cover your legs, try something else.
Excellent Tights! March 20, 2009 D. Murphy (San Francisco, CA) These are the best tights for the money. I have several pairs in different colors. They are my go-to tights and wouldn't be without them.
Not bad, but not great either February 2, 2009 Ashley D. Kuhre (Berkeley, CA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I managed to snag a tear in these on the first wearing, as much a reflection of my clumsiness with tights as with the flimsiness of the material. As it was a superficial tear on the back of the leg, however, I continued to wear them.
They do a decent job with the "control" part of the name, but they are only partially successful with the "opaque" part. For someone as pale as me, it becomes glaringly obvious that these are not truly opaque -- I may just need to buy leggings if that's what I truly want.
They were comfortable, though I found the top (yes, that control top) had a greater tendency to roll than most other tights I've worn, which was an annoyance but it thankfully did not interfere with anything.
